Courtney Harchaoui, MSW, MA, LSW
I’m Courtney (she/her), a Licensed Social Worker and trauma-informed therapist. With more than ten years of experience, I have the privilege of supporting survivors of sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, and complex relationship challenges. I hold a Master of Social Work and am truly passionate about helping individuals rebuild their self-worth, heal from trauma, and create healthier, more connected relationships with themselves and others.
My clinical approach is rooted in trauma-focused, strengths-based, and solution-oriented modalities. I have an interest in sexual health and intimacy, as well as understanding how trauma affects our ability to feel safe, loved, and empowered in relationships. I work with individuals and couples seeking to navigate intimacy concerns, communication barriers, attachment wounds, or relational patterns that no longer serve them. I integrate sex therapy techniques to assist clients in developing healthier, more fulfilling connections that align with their values, desires, and boundaries. I am firmly committed to creating an inclusive, compassionate, and affirming therapeutic space. My practice is LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyamory affirming, and I welcome clients of all genders, identities, and relationship structures. I understand the courage it takes to explore vulnerability, and I strive to ensure that everyone I work with feels respected, seen, and supported exactly as they are.
